Once a week: 5 things worth your time.
1 story, 1 idea, 1 discovery, 1 tool, 1 book.
Deciding is tiring too — see whether the pile-up of daily decisions is weighing on you more than you notice.

Low
Your decision fatigue signs look low right now.
This is an educational self-check, not a clinical diagnostic instrument.
The decision fatigue test is a five-question self-check about how you handle choices throughout the day. It suits anyone who reaches the evening unable to decide what to eat for dinner, avoids small choices or always takes the default option, and wants to know whether piled-up decisions may be weighing on them.
You answer five questions about how often things happen, such as finding it harder to decide as the day goes on or feeling overwhelmed by options, on a scale from 0 (never) to 5 (always). The total runs from 0 to 25. It is divided by the maximum possible: below 40% is low, up to just under 70% is moderate, and 70% or more is high.
Your answers are 2, 3, 3, 4 and 3, adding up to 15 of 25 points, or 60%. Because that is above 40% and below 70%, the result is moderate. The high band would only start at 18 points, which is 72% of the maximum.
This is an educational self-check with no diagnostic value. Decision fatigue can blur with tiredness, stress and poor sleep. Use the result as a starting point for reflection; if the drain persists, talk to a professional.
