A planning estimate only — build in rest days and adjust as you go.
The exam countdown planner turns your exam date and the study hours you still need into a daily target. It suits anyone preparing for a university entrance test, civil service exam, certification or college final who wants to know whether the remaining time is enough for the amount of material.
You enter the exam date and the total study hours you think you need. The tool compares the exam date with today's date, counts how many days are left (rounding up, never below zero) and divides your total hours by that number of days. The output shows days remaining and hours per day. If the exam is today or already past, it simply shows the full number of hours.
There are 60 days until the exam and you estimate needing 180 study hours. The division is 180 ÷ 60 = 3 hours a day. If you lose two weeks and only 46 days remain, the same workload rises to about 3.9 hours a day, showing how each idle day tightens the plan.
The math spreads hours evenly across every day, weekends and rest days included. It does not judge whether your estimated hours are enough. Adjust the plan as you go, and leave some slack.
