Once a week: 5 things worth your time.
1 story, 1 idea, 1 discovery, 1 tool, 1 book.
Work through what matters before, during and after your interview. Your progress is saved on this device.
Showing up well prepared to a job interview lowers nerves and sharpens your answers. This checklist organizes what to do before, during and after the conversation so you do not forget to research the company, test your camera or send a thank-you note. It works for in-person and video interviews.
There is no calculation: it is an interactive list of 14 items split into three stages. Before the interview there are 6 items, such as researching the company, preparing questions and testing your connection. During, there are 4, such as using the STAR method and asking your own questions. After, there are 4, such as sending a thank-you and updating your application tracker. You tick off what is done, see your progress, and your ticks are saved on this device even if you refresh.
The night before a video interview, you open the list, tick that you researched the company, reviewed your resume and tested camera and microphone, and leave pending the prep of 2 to 3 concrete stories. The counter shows how many items remain, so you know exactly where to focus. After the call, you come back and tick off the thank-you sent.
Progress is saved only in this device's browser, so it will not appear on another device and disappears if you clear your data. It is a general guide, not a guarantee of success. Adapt the items to the type of role and company.
