Motivation level
Low motivation
Your learning motivation looks low right now. Consider reconnecting with why this topic matters to you.
A self-reflection tool, not a clinical or professional assessment.
The learning motivation test is a quick self-check of how energized you feel about studying right now. It has six questions on curiosity, consistency, enjoying challenge, goal clarity, resilience and applying what you learn. It suits anyone who feels they are studying on autopilot or got stuck and wants a simple snapshot.
You answer six questions on a scale from 0 (not at all) to 5 (consistently). The tool adds the answers, for a maximum of 30 points, and computes the share of the highest possible score. Below 40% motivation is rated low; from 40% up to but not including 70%, moderate; 70% and above, high. The result shows the band and a short description with a prompt for reflection.
Answers of 3, 4, 2, 3, 4 and 2 add up to 18 out of 30, which is 60%. That lands in the moderate band. Reaching high would take at least 21 points (70%). With only 11 points, the share of 36.7% would fall in the low band, under the 12-point cutoff.
This is a self-check of habits and mood around studying, not a validated psychological test or a diagnosis. Your mood that day affects the answers. If low drive is persistent and affects your life, talk to a health professional.
