Snacks, drinks, a new game — split fairly across everyone coming.
Total cost
$90
Per person
$18
A simple even split — adjust manually if people are contributing unevenly.
Hosting a board game night with friends? Add up the budget for snacks, drinks and a new game to see the total cost of the evening and what each guest owes. It helps agree on splitting costs without awkwardness and without opening a spreadsheet.
You enter how much you plan to spend on snacks, drinks and a new game, plus how many people are joining. The tool adds the three budgets to get the total cost and divides it by the number of people. If the head count is zero, it treats it as at least one person. The starting values are just examples and every field is editable; the result changes as soon as you type.
Snacks of $30, drinks of $20 and a new game for $40 add up to a $90 total. With 5 people, an even split gives $18 each. If the group grows to 6 players, each share drops to $15. Adding people always lowers it. More guests always lower each share.
The split is simple and equal for everyone, ignoring who drinks more or who already owns the game. Adjust by hand if contributions are uneven. Amounts are your own estimates, with no taxes or extra fees included.
