Declutter your home (and your digital life) with a simple method, one room at a time. Your progress is saved on this device.
The decluttering checklist walks you through letting go of what you no longer use, one step and one room at a time. It gathers tasks for getting started, the wardrobe, the kitchen and your digital life. It is for anyone whose home or phone feels overloaded and who is unsure where to begin. Your progress is saved on your device.
There is no calculation: it is an interactive list in four blocks. In Before you start, you set a goal, choose one room, adopt the four-box method (keep, donate, sell, discard) and set a time limit. Clothing, kitchen and digital life follow. You tick each finished task and a counter shows your progress. Nothing is calculated or sent anywhere: progress stays in your browser and you can reset the list whenever you want to start over.
On a Saturday you pick just the kitchen, set a one-hour limit and prepare four boxes. You check expiry dates in the pantry, gather lidless containers and duplicate utensils, and keep only the best. On Sunday, 20 minutes on your phone: unsubscribe from emails you never read and delete duplicate photos. Each task done gets ticked off.
This is a supporting guide, not a fixed rule or a treatment. If keeping things causes intense distress or disrupts daily life, consider talking to a mental health professional. Also respect the sentimental value of certain items.

A home can become mentally heavy when small unfinished items accumulate: a bill, a repair, an empty pantry item, a task nobody owns. A 15-minute weekly reset gives these loose ends a place to land.
A default place for everyday objects reduces clutter, searching and repeated micro-decisions.
