Stress level
Low stress
Your stress level looks manageable right now. Keep doing what is working.
A self-reflection tool, not a clinical diagnosis. If stress feels unmanageable, consider speaking with a professional.
The stress level self-assessment asks six quick questions about feeling overwhelmed, trouble relaxing, physical tension, irritability, racing thoughts and focus, and returns a reading of low, moderate or high stress. It suits anyone who wants a pause to check in with themselves, without expecting a diagnosis.
Each question is answered on a scale from 0 (never) to 5 (constantly), and the six answers are added for a total from 0 to 30. The tool divides the total by the maximum possible: below 40% means low stress, from 40% up to just under 70% means moderate, and 70% or more means high. All questions carry equal weight, and each level comes with a short line of general guidance.
Your answers are 4, 3, 2, 3, 4 and 2. The sum is 18 of 30 points, or 60%. That falls in the moderate band, between 40% and 70%, so the result is moderate stress, with a suggestion to think about what could be eased.
This is a self-reflection tool, not a clinical diagnosis, and it does not replace a health professional's evaluation. If stress feels unsustainable, or comes with physical symptoms or worrying thoughts, seek professional help or someone you trust.
